The Tribute Fund

The Gift of Remembrance

Benefiting the patients, programs and services of Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

A gift to the Tribute Fund is a meaningful way to honor or remember friends and family members. A gift can be made in memory of someone special or in recognition of a significant event, such as an anniversary, birthday, retirement or recovery from illness.

When you make a contribution to The Tribute Fund, you will receive an acknowledgment of your gift. Notification will also be promptly sent to the person or family you designate. No mention of the amount of the gift is made.

Cumulative gifts of $1,000 and more received in memory or in honor of an individual are recognized on the Tribute Fund Wall in the recognition area near the hospital's main entrance as a lasting tribute of love and respect.
