A campaign to improve the community

Aurora caregivers participate every year in the Aurora Partnership Campaign to support the United Way. The campaign is a way for caregivers to support their preferred charitable organizations. It allows them to make donations to any not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization in Wisconsin and northern Illinois through a simple and convenient payroll deduction plan. Since Aurora does not charge an administratve fee, 100 percent of the donations go directly to the organizations chosen by the caregivers.

Each year, Aurora caregivers show their commitment to our patients and communities by generously donating to the campaign, putting us among the top contributors to the United Way campaign. In 2011, the Aurora Partnership Campaign raised $2.8 million, exceeding the campaign goal and setting a new record.

Aurora Health Care Foundation

Every day, the caregivers of Aurora Health Care are meeting the needs of people at many different stages of life. As the impact of the economic downtown lingers, we continue to see growing numbers of children, families and adults who rely on us. Job losses, reductions in family income and the loss of insurance coverage reinforce the vital partnership we share with donors.

Contributions to our foundation help us keep health care affordable, improve the patient experience and support advancements in our hospitals, clinics, home health services and other community initiatives that help shape local care and quality of life.
