Strictly Sculpting - Exercise Class for Aurora Employees

Join Linda Dillett in this strictly strengthening and sculpting upper and lower body workout, working the core including a warm up and a cool down. No aerobic exercise. For both men and women.

Unlimited visits: Tuesday and Thursdays, noon - 12:30 p.m. and/or 12:40 p.m.- 1:10 p.m.
