Research

Research is an important component of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Faculty members engage in clinical research activities. Residents gain experience in the research process from idea generation through project development, implementation, analysis and presentation of findings.

All residents complete at least one research project during the course of their program. Faculty serve as research mentors from project inception to completion. Residents are encouraged to publish and present their findings at professional meetings.
