BS in Biology and Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic
Institute, Worcester, MA.
Pharm.D. from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA
Short bio: I grew up in Connecticut and spent most of
my life in New England before going to pharmacy school. Having heard
great things about Milwaukee, I decided to move out here! I enjoy
skiing, biking, traveling and getting some sun by the pool.
What factors did you consider most important when choosing a
residency? The most important factors for me in choosing a
residency program where the variety of rotations offered and the size of
the residency class.
Why Aurora? When I interviewed at Aurora I knew
immediately that this a place that I would fit in. The people were
extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt that I would learn a
great deal from them. It was also important to me to be at a large
healthcare system where I would have the ability to rotate through other
hospitals.
Current rotations:
Adult Medicine
Medical ICU
Drug Policy
Administration
Critical Care
Epilepsy/Neurology Clinic
OR
Infectious Disease
Cardiology
Year-long project: “The Design and Implementation of a
Peer Evaluation Tool”
Future plans: Currently I would like to do a second
year residency, either in critical care or administration.
