Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center

At St. Luke's, on the south side of Milwaukee, we built our reputation by delivering a level of care that has enabled us to expand to be the largest private hospital in Wisconsin. With 711 beds, a wide variety of specialties and subspecialties and a broad based, stimulating patient mix, St. Luke's is in a strong position to define quality in pharmaceutical care. Our reputation as a leading cardiovascular and oncology treatment institution attracts patients from all over the world, but we offer far more. We provide services in primary care, emergency medicine, hyperbaric medicine, rehabilitation, surgery and subspecialty internal medicine. For you, that represents a whole world of opportunity. Aurora Sinai Medical Center

Aurora Sinai Medical Center has a rich and storied history. As the second oldest hospital in Wisconsin, it has become a major community teaching center committed to its location in the heart of Milwaukee. Aurora Sinai is dedicated to improving the health of the people it serves. The medical staff and health care practitioners work as a team to provide primary, specialty and select tertiary care services in an individualized, personalized and holistic manner. A busy, urban setting affords residents excellent training experiences every day. Aurora Sinai brings together the best in academic and clinical learning. The medical center is affiliated with the University of Wisconsin Medical School. Unique pharmaceutical care experiences include neonatal/perinatal care, community-based ambulatory care, geriatrics, internal medicine, as well as medical intensive care.

Aurora BayCare Medical Center

Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a full-service hospital serving the Green Bay area and communities throughout northeastern Wisconsin. At Aurora BayCare Medical Center, patients will get the highest quality care in a healing environment that emphasizes their comfort and convenience. and rehabilitation therapy, as well as a separate entrance for inpatients and their family members.  We are a plane tree facility. Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a joint venture of Aurora Health Care and BayCare Clinic. Aurora Health Care is a community-owned Wisconsin health care provider and a nationally recognized leader of efforts to improve the quality of health care. BayCare Clinic comprises more than 75 physicians representing 18 medical specialties, as northeastern Wisconsin's only independent physician-owned organization. The pharmacy department offers decentralized services for the ICU and Medical/Surgical units and the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center. Renal dosing and pharmacokinetics dosing services are managed by the pharmacy staff with the addition of anticoagulation services in 2008. We have a 20 bed NICU and an inpatient rehabilitation center.  Pharmacy practice rotations offered include adult medicine, critical care, infectious diseases, management, JCAHO readiness, and shared drug policy with St. Lukes.
