Dennis Brierton, Pharm.D., BCPS, FASHP Regional Manager,
Clinical Services Dennis received his B.S. from the
University
of Wisconsin and his
Pharm.D. from the University
of Illinois-Chicago.
He completed a specialty residency in adult internal medicine at Purdue University.
Jane Bubik, Pharm.D. Drug Information and Investigational
Drugs Coordinator Jane received both her B.S. and Pharm.D. from Purdue University.
She completed a general residency in hospital pharmacy at
Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical
Center
in Chicago.
Jane precepts the drug information and drug policy rotations.
Kristin Cannon, R.Ph. Regional Director of Pharmacy
Operations Kristin received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the
University
of Wisconsin.
Kristin is the Director of Pharmacy Operations for our
North/Central Regions, which includes the following hospitals:
Aurora BayCare Medical
Center, Aurora Medical Center-Manitowoc
County, Aurora
Sheboygan

Katie Claxton, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist Katie
received her Pharm.D. from
Drake
University and completed a
practice residency at Aurora Health Care. Katie co-precepts the geriatrics
rotation at Aurora
Sinai Medical
Center.
Margaret Cook, Pharm.D., BCPS Clinical Coordinator, Pharmacy
Services Margaret received her B.S. from the
University
of Wisconsin and her
Pharm.D. from the University
of North Carolina. She
completed a practice residency at Hartford
Hospital, Hartford, Connecticut.
Margaret practices at St. Luke's

Julie Dagam, Pharm.D., BCPS Clinical Coordinator, Neurology
Pharmacy Services Director and PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program
Director Julie received both her B.S. and her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin
. She completed a practice residency at Aurora Health Care. Julie
practices at St. Luke's
Medical
Center and is the
preceptor for the Epilepsy/Neurology rotation. Julie is also the PGY1
Pharmacy Practice Residency Director.
Melissa Dahlgren, Pharm.D. Clinical Coordinator, Medical and
Surgical Pharmacy Services Melissa received her B.S. and Pharm.D. from
the University of Minnesota.
She completed a specialty residency in nephrology and renal transplant at
the Hennepin County
Medical Center
in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Melissa practices at St. Luke's Medical Center.
Jennifer Dedering, Pharm.D. Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist
Jennifer received her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin
and completed the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Aurora Health Care.
Jennifer currently practices at the Aurora Sinai Outpatient Pharmacy and
in the Aurora Sinai Anticoagulation Clinic.
Lynne Fehrenbacher, Pharm.D., BCPS Clinical Coordinator,
Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Services Lynne received both her B.S. and
Pharm.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin.
She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Aurora Health Care. Lynne
practices at St. Luke's
Medical
Center where she precepts
the Infectious Diseases rotation.
Dave Galis, R.Ph. Clinical Pharmacist Dave received his
B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin.
He practices in the Operating Room Satellite at St. Luke's Medical Center.
Mike Grunske, Pharm.D., BCPS Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist
Mike received his B.S. and Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin
and completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care.
Mike practices at the St. Luke's Family Practice Center and the Aurora
Pharmacy – St Luke’s
Physician Office Building.
Vanessa Grunske, Pharm.D. Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist
Vanessa received both her B.S. and Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
She works in the Physician Office Building Pharmacy at St. Luke's Medical Center
and also holds a non-dispensing position as a clinic pharmacist at the Aurora
Sinai
Family Care
Center.
Jennifer Halsey, M.S., Pharm.D. Clinical Coordinator,
Pharmacy Services Jennifer received per B.S. and M.S. from the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in biological sciences with an emphasis
in molecular biology, and her Pharm.D. from the
University
of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jennifer precepts the internal medicine and co-precepts the women’s
health rotations at Aurora
West Allis
Medical
Center.
Steve Hawk, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist Steve received
his Pharm.D. from Creighton
University in Omaha, Nebraska.
He is the preceptor for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Women's Care
rotation at Aurora Sinai Medical
Center.
Stacy Hilgendorf, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist Stacy
received her Pharm.D. from the
University of
Wisconsin.
She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Aurora Health Care
and continues to staff at St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Patty Hill, Pharm.D., M.B.A. Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist
Patty received her Pharm.D. and MBA from
Drake
University in Des Moines, Iowa.
She completed a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Aurora Health Care.
She practices at St. Luke's
Medical
Center in the
Anticonvulsant Clinic and Anticoagulation Clinic. She also staffs at the
Aurora Pharmacy – St. Luke’s. Her interests include smoking cessation and
preventive health.
Arlene Iglar, R.Ph., M.S. Pharmacy Director Arlene
received both her B.S. in Pharmacy and her M.S. in Hospital Administration
from the University
of Wisconsin. She
completed a two-year residency in practice management and pharmacy
administration at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. She is
the Pharmacy Director at St. Luke's
Medical
Center.
Al Klewin, R.Ph. Regional Coordinator, Pharmacy Care
Management Al received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin.
He has done extensive work with Medication Safety and Patient Safety
within the Metro Region of Aurora Health Care and with several community
patient safety projects. He coordinates the Pharmacy Practice Resident
Medication Safety Program for the Metro Region. St. Luke's Medical Center
is his primary practice site.
Chris Klink, Pharm.D., BCPS Family Practice Clinical
Pharmacist and Supervisor, Outpatient Pharmacy Chris received his B.S.
in pharmacy from the University
of Wisconsin at Madison, and his Pharm.D. from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Chris is
an active member in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin and currently
co-precepts the Family Practice rotation and is the supervisor for the
Physician Office Building Outpatient pharmacy.
Mary Kuzel, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist, Aurora
BayCare
Medical
Center
Mary received her B.S. in pharmacy and Pharm.D. from
North Dakota
State
University.
She completed an advanced clinical practice program in Infectious
Diseases in conjunction with NDSU, Dakota
Hospital, the VA Hospital, and St.
Lukes (Meritcare) Hospitals in
Fargo,
North Dakota.
Mary is preceptor for the Infectious Diseases rotation at ABMC.
Anne LaDisa, Pharm.D. Clinical Coordinator, Aurora Sinai
Medical Center Anne graduated from Drake University in Des Moines,
Iowa and completed her pharmacy practice residency at Barnes-Jewish
Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Anne precepts the general medicine
rotation at Aurora Sinai
Medical
Center.
Teresa Lenaerts, Pharm.D. Teresa received her Pharm.D. from
the University
of
Michigan.
She practices primarily in the Neonatal ICU and Women’s Health unit
at the Aurora Women’s Pavilion/Aurora West Allis Medical Center and
co-precepts the Women’s Health rotation at West Allis.
Jennifer Lester, Pharm.D. Ambulatory Clinical
Pharmacist Jen received her Pharm.D. from
Drake University in
Des Moines, Iowa.
She practices at the Outpatient Pharmacy at St. Luke's Medical Center.
Additionally, she is able to share her clinical skills with the
Anticoagulation Clinic and Anticonvulsant Clinic. She is Team Leader
of the Pharmacist-Run Osteoporosis Screening Program. Jen's other
interests include transplant, pain management, and immunizations.
Chris Lodl, R.Ph. Pharmacy Manager Chris has a BS from Marquette University
and received her BS in Pharmacy in 1992 from the University of Wisconsin-
Madison.
She is the manager at
Aurora
Sinai Medical
Center and co-precepts the
administration rotation. She
is editor of Techlink, the pharmacy technician newsletter for the
Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin
Al Loeb, M.S., R.Ph. Pharmacy Operations Director Al
received his B.S. in Pharmacy from
Purdue University. He obtained a M.S. in
Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin
and completed a two-year residency in practice management at the
University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics
Jeff Markoff, Pharm.D., BCPS Clinical Pharmacist Jeff
received his B.S. and Pharm.D. from University of
Colorado
Health
Sciences
Center in Denver. Jeff practices primarily in the ICU
and telemetry/cardiac unit and co-precepts the Critical Care rotation at
Sinai. Prior to coming to Wisconsin in
July 2005, he worked at the
Denver VA medical center where he precepted students
and residents in internal medicine.
Tracy Meidl, Pharm.D. Operations Manager, Pharmacy Services
Tracy received
her Pharm.D. from the
University
of Wisconsin. Tracy is the operations manager at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
Tracy Mingori, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist, Aurora

Tracy

and her Pharm.D. from the

of Florida.
She completed pharmacy practice and critical care residencies at
Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids,
Michigan.
Tracy
currently co-precepts the Adult Medicine and Critical Care rotations at
ABMC.
Gregg Parnau, R.Ph. Supervisor, Outpatient Pharmacy
Gregg received his B.S. from the
University
of Wisconsin. Gregg
practices at the Aurora Pharmacy – St. Luke’s.
Ngu B. Phan, Pharm.D., BCPP
Clinical Pharmacist Ngu received both his B.S. and
Pharm.D. from the University of Iowa.
He completed a psychiatric pharmacy practice residency with the
University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
He co-precepts the geriatrics rotation at Aurora Sinai Medical
Center.
Julie Puotinen, Pharm.D., BCPS Drug Policy and Formulary
Coordinator Julie received her Pharm.D. from the University of
Minnesota. She completed a practice residency at Froedtert Memorial
Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee. Julie helps precept the drug policy
rotation.
Sarah Ray, Pharm.D., BCPS Clinical Coordinator, Ambulatory
Services, PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program Director Sarah
received her Pharm.D. from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She
completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care and is
currently clinical coordinator for ambulatory pharmacy services. Sarah is
also the director of the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program.
Suzie Robison-Strane, R.Ph., BCPS Clinical Pharmacist
Suzie received her BS in Pharmacy and completed a residency in nuclear
pharmacy at the University of Utah.
She practices at St. Luke’s Medical Center, is chairperson for the
Metro Medication Advisory Group and precepts resident medication safety
projects.
Laurie Schenkelberg, Pharm.D. Clinical Coordinator, Solid
Organ Transplant Laurie received her Pharm.D. from the University of
Iowa. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of
Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. Laurie’s practice includes
both inpatient and outpatient services within the solid organ transplant
program at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.
Chris Schuenke, Pharm.D., CGP
System Manager, Pharmacy Informatics Chris received his B.A. in
Finance & Economics from Wheaton College, and his Pharm.D. from the
University of Wisconsin. He completed a pharmacy practice residency at the
Clement J. Zablocki Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee
Wisconsin.
Emily Schuenke, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist Emily
received her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Emily
practices at the Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice, as well as the
inpatient and outpatient pharmacy at the Aurora Psychiatric Hospital.
Jessica Small, Pharm.D., BCPP Supervisor, Pharmacy Services
Jessica received her Pharm.D. from the University of Iowa. She
completed a psychiatry specialty residency at Western Missouri Mental
Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Jessica practices in both the
inpatient and outpatient services at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital.
Frank Spexarth, R.Ph., BCPS Clinical Coordinator,
Cardiovascular and Cardiology Pharmacy Services Frank received his B.S.
in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He practices at St. Luke's
Medical Center
Jenny Tempelis, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist Jenny
received her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
She completed a pharmacy practice residency at Meriter Hospital in
Madison, Wisconsin. Jenny
practices at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay primarily in the
intensive care unit. She
co-precepts the Internal Medicine and Critical Care rotations in Green
Bay.
Angela Volquardsen, Pharm.D., BCPS, CACP Clinical Pharmacist
Angela received her Pharm.D. from the University of Kansas. She
completed a practice residency at Aurora Health Care, she has staffed in
the Anticoagulation Clinic at Aurora Sinai and continues to staff at St.
Luke's Medical Center. Angela precepts the Adult Medicine rotation at St.
Luke's.
Melissa Ward, Pharm.D. Clinical Pharmacist Melissa
received her Pharm.D. from the University of Buffalo, New York and
completed a pharmacy practice residency at Aurora Health Care. She
practices at Aurora Sinai Medical Center and the eICU, she primarily
focusing in the medical intensive care unit.
Greg Weber, M.S., R.Ph. Regional Manager, Pharmacy Supply
Chain Greg received his B.S. and M.S. in Pharmacy from the University
of Wisconsin. He completed a two-year residency in hospital pharmacy at
the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Greg is a past treasurer
and board member of the Wisconsin Society of Health-System Pharmacists and
the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin. He is currently a member of the
Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board.
Paul Windisch, Pharm.D. Drug Policy and Formulary Coordinator
Paul received his Pharm.D. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
He completed a pharmacy practice residency at University of Wisconsin
Hospital & Clinics in Madison. He completed a two year fellowship in
pharmacoeconomics, technology assessment & outcomes research at University
HealthSystem Consortium in Chicago.
Paul co-precepts the drug policy rotation.
Prati Wojtal, M.S., R.Ph. Regional Manager, Ambulatory
Services Prati received her B.S. in Pharmacy and M.S. in Hospital
Pharmacy Administration from the University of Minnesota. She completed a
two-year administrative residency at United and Children's Hospitals in
St. Paul, Minnesota. Prati is a past secretary and president of the
Wisconsin Society of Health-System Pharmacists and board member of the
Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.
Tom Woller, RPh, M.S., FASHP Vice President, Pharmacy
Services Tom received his B.S. in Pharmacy and M.S. in Hospital
Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He completed a
two-year residency in practice management at the University of Wisconsin
Hospital and Clinics. Tom has served as a member of the ASHP Commission on
Credentialing, the body responsible for accreditation of pharmacy
residency programs.
Jim Wrass, R.Ph. Procurement Coordinator, System Pharmacy
Jim received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He has
many years of experience in pharmacy procurement. Jim currently
coordinates pharmacy procurement responsibilities for the Aurora inpatient
facilities.
Stacy Wucherer, R.Ph. Supervisor, Pharmacy Services
Stacy received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. She
completed a practice residency and practice management residency at Aurora
Health Care. Stacy is a supervisor at St. Luke's Medical Center.
Bruce Yale, R.Ph., BCNSP Manager Bruce received his B.S.
in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He is the supervisor at
Aurora St. Luke's South Shore.
Rick Yerondopoulos, Pharm.D. Manager Rick received his
Pharm.D. from the University of Arizona. He completed a practice residency
and practice management residency at Aurora Health Care. Rick is the
manager at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.
Sol Yoder, Pharm.D., BCOP Clinical Coordinator, Oncology
Pharmacy Services Sol received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the
University of Iowa and her Pharm.D. from the University of Texas Health
Science Center at San Antonio. She completed a hematology/oncology
specialty residency at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center
in Houston. Sol practices at St. Luke's Medical Center.
Dick Zielinski, R.Ph. Coordinator of Controlled Substances,
System-wide Department of Pharmacy Dick received his B.S. in Pharmacy
from the University of Wisconsin. Although he has a home office, his role
takes him throughout the system to all the hospitals on a monthly basis.
