Todd Armbruster, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Todd graduated from Drake University in 1994 (B.S.). Todd practices and precepts in the critical care areas at Aurora St Luke’s Medical Center and the eICU.

Dennis Brierton, Pharm.D., BCPS, FASHP

System Director, Clinical Services

Dennis received his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin and his Pharm.D. from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He completed a specialty residency in adult internal medicine at Purdue University.

Jane Bubik, Pharm.D.

Drug Information, Investigational Drugs Coordinator

Jane received both her B.S. and Pharm.D. from Purdue University. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. Jane co-precepts the drug use policy and investigational drugs/P&T rotations.

Amanda Bushman, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist

Amanda received her Pharm.D. from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics (UIHC) in Iowa City. She is currently a clinical pharmacist at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and also practices at the Aurora eICU. Amanda is a co-preceptor for the critical care rotation for the PGY-1 residency program and the MRICU rotation for PGY-2 Specialty Residency in Critical Care program.

Kristin Cannon, R.Ph.

Regional Director of Pharmacy Operations

Kristin received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. Kristin is the Director of Pharmacy Operations for Aurora Health Care North and Central, which includes the following hospitals: Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Aurora Medical Center-Manitowoc County, Aurora Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center, Aurora Medical Center Grafton and Aurora Medical Center-Oshkosh.

Matt Carleton, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Matt received his Pharm.D. from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care and continues to staff at St. Luke’s Medical Center. Matt co-precepts the Neurology rotation at St. Luke's for both the PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY-2 Critical Care residencies.

Margaret Cook, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Coordinator, Pharmacy Services

Margaret received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin and her Pharm.D. from the University of North Carolina. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Hartford Hospital, Hartford, Connecticut. Margaret practices at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Margaret currently supports the System Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and Drug Policy Office. She also co-precepts the drug policy rotation.

Julie Dagam, Pharm.D., BCPS

PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program Director, PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program co-director

Julie received both her B.S. and her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin . She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. Julie practices at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and co-precepts the Epilepsy/Neurology learning experience.

Melissa Dahlgren, Pharm.D.

Clinical Coordinator, Medical, Surgical Pharmacy Services

Melissa received her B.S. and Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota. She completed a specialty residency in nephrology and renal transplant at the Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Melissa practices at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Angela De Ianni, R.Ph., MBA

Pharmacy Manager

Angela graduated from UW-Madison with a B.S. in pharmacy in 1998 and obtained an M.B.A. from UW-Milwaukee in 2005. After working as a staff pharmacist at St. Joseph's Hospital for seven years, she was promoted to Supervisor and then Director of Pharmacy at St. Joseph's for the following three years. Angela came to Aurora West Allis Medical Center in 2009.

Betty Fang, Pharm.D.

Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist

Betty received her Pharm.D. from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Aurora Health Care. She practices both at the Aurora St. Luke's Outpatient Pharmacy and the Aurora Sinai Pharmacist-Managed Anticoagulation Clinic. She is the primary preceptor for the Community Pharmacy Resident.

Ashley Feldt, Pharm.D., M.B.A

Pharmacy Manager

Ashley received her Pharm.D. and M.B.A. from Drake University in Des Monies, Iowa. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Aurora Health Care. She is a pharmacy manager at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and helps precept the administration rotation.

Dave Galis, R.Ph.

Clinical Pharmacist

Dave received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He practices in the Operating Room Satellite at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and precepts the operating room rotation.

Jennifer Godden, Pharm.D.

Clinical Coordinator; Oncology

Jen received her Pharm.D. from the University of Iowa. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY-2 Oncology Specialty Residencies at Aurora Health Care. Jen is a preceptor for the PGY-2 specialty residency in oncology.

Jon Godden, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist

Jon received his Pharm.D. from the University of Iowa and completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Aurora Health Care. He is currently a Clinical Pharmacist at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Jon co-precepts the cardiology rotation in the Aurora Health Care PGY-2 Critical Care residency.

Mike Grunske, Pharm.D., BCPS

Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist

Mike received his B.S. and Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. Mike practices at the St. Luke's Family Practice Center and the Aurora Pharmacy at Aurora St Luke’s Physician Office Building. Mike is very involved with the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, currently serving as a Director At-Large on their Board of Directors.

Vanessa Grunske, Pharm.D.

Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist

Vanessa received both her B.S. and Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin. She works in the Physician Office Building Pharmacy at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and also holds a non-dispensing position as a clinic pharmacist at the Aurora Sinai Family Care Center.

Anne Hammell Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Anne received her PharmD from Drake University, in Des Moines, IA. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in 2011 at Aurora Health Care and now continues to work as an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Jennifer Halsey, M.S., Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Coordinator, Pharmacy Services

Jennifer received per B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in biological sciences with an emphasis in molecular biology, and her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jennifer precepts the internal medicine and critical care rotations and co-precepts the women’s health rotation at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Steve Hawk, Pharm.D. BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist

Steve received his Pharm.D. from Creighton University in Omaha , Nebraska . He is the preceptor for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit/Women's Care rotation at Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Emma Hews, Pharm.D.

Emma received her BS in Biology/Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and her Pharm.D. from Shenandoah University. She completed both the PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and the PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Aurora Health Care.

Stacy Hilgendorf, Pharm.D., BCPS

Stacy received her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care and continues to staff at St. Luke’s Medical Center. Stacy co-precepts the Adult Medicine rotation at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Betsy Hoida, Pharm.D.

Betsy received her Pharm.D. from Ferris State University. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Mercy Health Partners in Muskegon, MI. Betsy co-precepts the Adult Medicine rotation at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

Arlene Iglar, R.Ph., M.S.

Pharmacy Operations Director

Arlene received both her B.S. in Pharmacy and her M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and a PGY-2 Pharmacy Administration Residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

Al Klewin, R.Ph.

Regional Coordinator, Pharmacy Care Management

Al received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He has done extensive work with Medication Safety and Patient Safety within Aurora Health Care and with several community patient safety projects. Al co-precepts the PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident Medication Safety learning experience for the Metro Region. Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center is his primary practice site. He also is coordinating physician engagement in CPOE for the Aurora System.

Chris Klink, Pharm.D., BCPS

Family Practice Clinical Pharmacist and Supervisor, Outpatient Pharmacy

Chris received his B.S. in pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison , and his Pharm.D. from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Chris is an active member in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin and currently co-precepts the Family Practice rotation and is the supervisor for the Physician Office Building Outpatient pharmacy.

Andrew Kolinski, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Andy received his Pharm.D. from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Pharmacy and completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Aurora Health Care. He is currently a clinical pharmacist at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and also practices at the Aurora eICU. Andy is a preceptor for the PGY-1 residency program.

Teresa Kreger, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Teresa received her Pharm.D. from the University of Michigan. She practices primarily in the Neonatal ICU and Women’s Health unit at the Aurora Women’s Pavilion/Aurora West Allis Medical Center and co-precepts the Women’s Health rotation at West Allis. Teresa is also a part of the Pharmacy Informatics team and works to prepare Epic for the Grafton go-live and system switch from Cerner to Epic.

Anne LaDisa, Pharm.D. , BCPS

Clinical Coordinator, Aurora Sinai Medical Center

Anne graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Anne precepts the general medicine rotation at Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Al Loeb, M.S., R.Ph.

Pharmacy Operations Director

Al received his B.S. in Pharmacy from Purdue University. He obtained his M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin and completed a two-year residency in practice management at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

James Mathia, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist

James received his B.S. in Micorbiology from University of Minnesota and his Pharm.D. from Creighton University. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. James practices at Aurora St.Luke's Medical Center where he precepts the PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency.

Tracy Mathia, Pharm.D., BCPS

Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, Cardiohoracic Transplant

Tracy received her Pharm.D. from Creighton University. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. Tracy practices at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and precepts the cardiothoracic transplant rotation for the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program and the PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program.

Michael A. Metz, R.Ph.

Manager, Inpatient Pharmacy Operations

Mike received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. Mike has been with Aurora for 2 years and was previously Director of Pharmacy for a Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. Mike is a pharmacy manager at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Tracy Mingori, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist, Aurora BayCare Medical Center

Tracy received her B.S. in Pharmacy from Ferris State University and her Pharm.D. from the University of Florida . She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and a PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Tracy currently co-precepts the Adult Medicine and Critical Care rotations at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

Mark J Olson BS RPh

Clinical Pharmacist

Mark received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1986 and practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. He is the co-preceptor for the community based critical care, women's health and neonatal intensive care rotation.

Mary Palesse BS MS RPh

Clinical Pharmacist

Mary received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1981 and practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. She is the co-preceptor for the community based critical care rotation.

Gregg Parnau, R.Ph.

Supervisor, Outpatient Pharmacy

Gregg received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. Gregg staffed a number of years in the Inpatient Pharmacy at St. Luke's including two years in the Emergency Department before becoming the supervisor for the Aurora St. Luke's Outpatient Pharmacy. Gregg precepts the Med Safety and Staffing components of the Community Pharmacy Practice resident rotation.

Ann Patten, Pharm.D., BCPS

PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Director, Clinical Pharmacist

Ann received her B.S. in Biology and Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Healthcare in Milwaukee, and a PGY-2 in Critical Care at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Ann co-precepts the SLMC ICU rotation and co-directs the PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at St. Luke’s Medical Center, where she also staffs as a clinical pharmacist in the Medical Respiratory Intensive Care Unit.

Dan Persells, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Dan received his Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin and completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Aurora Health Care. He is currently a clinical pharmacist at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and also practices at the Aurora eICU. Dan is a preceptor for the PGY-1 residency program as well as the PGY-2 Specialty Residency in Critical Care program.

Ngu received both his B.S. and Pharm.D. from the University of Iowa. He completed a psychiatric pharmacy practice residency with the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He precepts the geriatrics rotation at Aurora Sinai Medical Center.

Julie received her Pharm.D. from the University of Minnesota. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee. Julie co-precepts the drug policy rotation and has a particular interest in medication safety.

Sarah received her Pharm.D. from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care and is currently clinical coordinator for ambulatory pharmacy services. Sarah is also the director of the PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency Program.

Suzie Robison-Strane, R.Ph., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist

Suzie received her BS in Pharmacy and completed a residency in nuclear pharmacy at the University of Utah. She practices at St. Luke’s Medical Center, is chairperson for the multidisciplinary Metro MedSafe Committee and co-precepts the PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident Medication Safety learning experience.

Emily Schuenke, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Emily received her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Emily practices at the Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice, as well as the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy at the Aurora Psychiatric Hospital.

Jessica Small, Pharm.D., BCPP

Jessica received her Pharm.D. from the University of Iowa. She completed a psychiatry specialty residency at Western Missouri Mental Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Jessica practices in both the inpatient and outpatient services at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital.

Chad Smith, Pharm.D., MBA, BCPS

Chad received his BS from Marquette University, and his PharmD and MBA from Creighton University. He did a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency and a speciality PGY-2 Health System Administration residency at St. Luke's Medical Center, Aurora Health Care. Chad precepts the administration rotation for PGY-1 residents and co-precepts PGY-2 administration residents for operation rotations at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Peter Stuessy, Pharm.D.

Peter received his Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin. He completed at PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. Peter practices at Aurora Sinai Medical Center and precepts the intensive care unit rotation.

She has staffed in the Anticoagulation Clinic at Aurora Sinai and continues to staff at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Angela precepts the Adult Medicine rotation at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Jeff received his B.S. from University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and his Pharm.D. from the University of Michigan . Jeff practices at Aurora BayCare Medical Center.

Greg Weber, M.S., R.Ph.

System Director, Pharmacy Supply Chain

Greg received his B.S. and M.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He completed a two-year residency in hospital pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Greg is a past treasurer and board member of the Wisconsin Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin. He is currently a member of the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board.

Angie Weitendorf. Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist

Angie received her Pharm.D. with a concentration in diabetes from Drake University in Des Monies, Iowa. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Aurora Health Care. She is a system coordinator and helps precept the Adult Medicine rotation based out of St. Luke's and the clinical teaching rotation.

Paul Windisch, Pharm.D.

Drug Policy, Formulary Coordinator

Paul received his B.S. in Economics & Statistics from University of Minnesota and his Pharm.D. from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics, and completed a two-year fellowship in pharmacoeconomics, technology assessment & outcomes research at University Health System Consortium (UHC). Paul co-precepts the drug policy rotation.

Susan K. Woelich, Pharm.D.

Clinical Coordinator, Oncology Pharmacy Services

Susan received her B.S. from the Blackburn College with an emphasis in biology, chemistry and political science, and her Pharm.D. from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City and a PGY-2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Practice Residency at University of Illinois- Chicago. Susan precepts the PGY-1 and PGY-2 oncology residency program for in-patient and out-patient oncology rotations at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Prati Wojtal, M.S., R.Ph.

Regional Manager, Ambulatory Services

Prati received her B.S. in Pharmacy and M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Minnesota. She completed a two-year administrative residency at United and Children's Hospitals in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prati is a past secretary and president of the Wisconsin Society of Health-System Pharmacists and board member of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.

Tom Woller, RPh, M.S., FASHP

Vice President of Pharmacy Services

Tom received his B.S. in Pharmacy and M.S. in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin. He completed a two-year residency in practice management at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Tom has served as a member of the ASHP Commission on Credentialing, the body responsible for accreditation of pharmacy residency programs.

Stacy Wucherer, R.Ph.

Manager of Packaging Center Pharmacy Services

Stacy received her B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. She completed the PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and the PGY-2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Aurora Health Care. Stacy is responsible for the packaging center and pharmacy automation.

Sol Yoder, Pharm.D., BCOP
