Jennifer Barker, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Jennifer received her Pharm.D. from Drake University. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. She is a preceptor for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Laura Beres, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist Laura received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a major in biology and a minor in Spanish and her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora Health Care. Laura currently practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center and precepts women’s health and the continuity of care rotation.

Angela De Ianni, R.Ph., M.B.A.

Director of Pharmacy, Aurora West Allis Medical Center Angela graduated from UW-Madison with a B.S. in pharmacy in 1998 and obtained an M.B.A. from UW-Milwaukee in 2005. After working as a staff pharmacist at St. Joseph's Hospital for seven years, she was promoted to Supervisor and then Director of Pharmacy at St. Joseph's for the following three years. Angela came to Aurora West Allis Medical Center in 2009.

Jennifer Halsey, M.S., Pharm.D., CGP, BCPS

PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Directory – Aurora West Allis Medical Center Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator, Pharmacy Services Jennifer received per B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in biological sciences with an emphasis in molecular biology, and her Pharm.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jennifer precepts the Women's Health, Infectious Diseases and Geriatrics Rotations.

Megan Kaiser, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Megan received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a major in biology and her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Megan co-precepts the Adult Medicine, Geriatrics, Women's Health, and Neonatal Intensive Care rotations.

Nick Ladell, PharmD, BCPS

Director of Pharmacy, Aurora West Allis Medical Center Nick graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison in May of 2011. After working for one year as an inpatient clinical pharmacist at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, he started his PGY1 Pharmacy & PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency. After completing his residency in June of 2014, he became the Director of Pharmacy for Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Mary Palesse B.S., M.S., R.Ph.

Senior Clinical Pharmacist Mary received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1981. She has a master’s degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in learning and development. She currently practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center where she is co-preceptor for the community based critical care rotation and the geriatrics rotation.

Anne Palmer, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Anne received her Pharm.D. from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at WFHC St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Anne currently practices at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Jennifer Tomczak, Pharm.D.

Clinical Pharmacist Jennifer received her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University – Illinois. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Aurora Health Care and currently precepts PGY1 residents at Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Mike Yaros, Pharm.D., BCPS

Clinical Pharmacist Mike received his Pharm.D. from the University of Florida. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Mike co-precepts the community based Critical Care, Adult Medicine, and Medical Cardiology rotations.
