Applicants With Foreign Transcripts
In order to determine academic achievement, Foreign Applicants are required to have their transcripts evaluated by Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE).

All application elements are reviewed and scored. Applicants meeting the required minimum point value may be invited for a personal interview with the Admissions Committee. Personal interviews are typically scheduled March - April. Please note that not all applicants will receive an interview.
The school does not maintain a waiting list; rather an Admissions Committee selects the most qualified applicants on an annual basis based on the application assessment and candidate responses to interview questions.
The decision of the committee is based upon information provided in the application and the personal interview. Factors considered are:
- Academic achievement
- Patient care experience
- Knowledge of sonography
- Compliance with all application requirements
- Perceived communication skills, motivation, ability to follow instructions and maturity
The Admissions Committee will notify all applicants of their final decision in writing in April. The candidates who are offered positions must submit a written letter of acceptance and a non-refundable $500.00 acceptance fee. The acceptance fee is applied to the tuition.
