SHEBOYGAN, Wis., Michael Sergi, MD, an internal medicine specialist at Aurora Health Center, has been selected as the ''Favorite Family Doctor'' in the Fond du Lac Reporters’ second annual Readers’ Choice competition. Dr. Sergi is a well-known, experienced internist in the Fond du Lac area, having practiced in the community for more than 17 years. He joined the staff of the Aurora Health Center in January 2004.

Dr. Sergi earned his medical degree from the University of L’Aquila, Italy, where he graduated with highest honors. He completed his internship and residency at Legacy Emmanuel Hospital and Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Sergi is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
