Seymour clinic now openTuesday, January 04, 2005
The new Aurora Health Center in Seymour opened this week with three providers holding regular office hours.
The clinic will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with family nurse practitioner Eric Dellamater as the primary provider. Dellamater has advanced academic and clinical experience enabling him to diagnose and manage common and chronic illnesses. He is also an advance practice nurse prescriber, which allows him to prescribe medications.
In addition, internal medicine physician Dr. Gowdar Murthy will see patients on Mondays and Tuesdays, while internal medicine physician Dr. Frederick Lamont will see patients on Thursday mornings. Both doctors are board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
The new clinic is a 4,000 square foot, single-story physician office located at 1100 Orchard Drive, just off Highway 55/54 on the east side of town. The phone number is (920) 833-5100.
The clinic offers Seymour-area residents a wide range of medical services including preventive physicals, well visits, sick care, and care for patients with chronic health conditions. It also includes a full array of outpatient diagnostic services, including laboratory and x-ray, and it offers a convenient drop-off and pick-up area for patients at the lobby entrance as well as off-street parking.
