Aurora Sheboygan Clinic - Kiel completes expansionWednesday, February 09, 2005
Physical therapy and Aurora Vision Center provide new options for residents
Construction of a new clinic building to replace the Aurora Sheboygan Clinic in Kiel is complete. The replacement clinic was built in response to the growing health care needs of the Kiel community. The new clinic is located at 1001 Service Road, Kiel, just off Highway 67.
The new clinic occupies approximately 9,800 square feet on nearly 2 acres of land. The larger, more efficient design makes room for additional staff and clinical space.
“More people are using the health center, and we are growing beyond our current facility,” said Jerry Kamp, administrator of the Aurora Sheboygan Clinics. “This project will provide more convenient access to physicians and health care services and more space for support staff.”
The new building includes office space for an additional health care provider if community needs grow, an Aurora Vision Center, and space for physical therapy. The expansion will also include upgraded outpatient diagnostic services like lab and x-ray, and a full-service retail pharmacy.
David Deubler, MD, a board-certified, family practice physician will continue his 19 years of health excellence in the community. “We are excited about the new clinic. This again shows Aurora’s strong commitment to the Kiel community. This new clinic is a real asset for Kiel residents and supports our vision of finding a better way to provide health care.”
“This new facility is very nice enhancement for this community.” Dr. Deubler said. “We are now able to offer more medical care to more people in a very efficient, well designed area.”
Dr Deubler and his 5-person staff see an average of 125 patients a week at the clinic. Dr. Deubler emphasizes prevention and wellness while treating his patients – from newborns to the elderly – including women with obstetrical needs. His special interests are in diabetes care and high blood pressure management. Dr. Deubler also serves as medical director of the Kiel Fire Department and Ambulance Service.
