Open houses scheduled for April 16 at Aurora Health Centers in Seymour, PulaskiWednesday, April 13, 2005
The Aurora Health Centers in Seymour and Pulaski will each host a free open house from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 16.
The open houses will include a continental breakfast, blood pressure screening, and many other giveaways, including a child’s bike.
The Seymour facility, which opened in January, is located at 1100 Orchard Drive, just off Highway 55/54 on the east side of town. It is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with family nurse practitioner Eric Dellamater as the primary provider. In addition, internal medicine physicians Dr. Gowdar Murthy and Dr. Frederick Lamont see patients on specific days.
The Pulaski facility, scheduled to open in May, is located across from Pulaski Middle School at 980 S. St. Augustine Street. Family nurse practitioner Patricia Darling Miller will be the primary provider from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All of the Aurora Health Center providers will be on hand at the open houses to meet the community and answer questions.
The new clinics are 4,000-square foot, single-story physician offices with a convenient drop-off and pick-up area for patients and off-street parking.
