Aurora Medical Center presents program on sexual assault awarenessFriday, December 08, 2006
KENOSHA, Wis., Mothers, have you talked to your daughters about sexual assault? Did you know the average age of sexual assault victims is 15? Make plans to join us for this special continental breakfast program for mothers and daughters (14-18 years old) on what you both need to know about avoiding sexual assault, and what to do if it does happen to you.
“In today’s world, it’s important for moms and daughters to be proactive about this conversation,’’ said Jill Wilson, manager, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program, Aurora Medical Center.
The program is free and will be held from 9 a.m.-11 a.m., Saturday, December 16, Aurora Medical Center, 10400 75th Street, Kenosha.
