Welch will lead the communications, government and community relations and philanthropy functions, working with the professionals who are primary stewards of Aurora’s relationships with patients, physicians, employees, donors, community leaders, government officials and others.

Before that she held senior corporate communications positions with two large automotive suppliers, Visteon Corp. and Federal-Mogul Corp.
