Aurora Health Care today announced the appointment of six leaders in the organization's Corporate Affairs department to the position of vice president.

The following appointments were announced by Kimberly A. Welch, Aurora's senior vice president of corporate affairs:

• Jay Faherty was named vice president of corporate affairs for Aurora's North Region. He joined Aurora in 2001.
• Mark Huber was named vice president of social responsibility. He joined Aurora in 1994.
• Mary Reinke was named vice president of corporate affairs for Aurora's Kettle Moraine Region. She also will have responsibility for internal and web communications. Reinke joined Aurora in 2001.
• Randy Roeper was named vice president of corporate affairs for Aurora's Central Region. He joined Aurora in 2000.
• Rachel Roller was named vice president of government affairs. She joined Aurora in 2007.
• Jeff Squire was named vice president of corporate communications. He joined Aurora in 1997.

"These talented leaders have demonstrated their commitment to Aurora's mission of service to patients throughout eastern Wisconsin," Welch said. "I am delighted that they have accepted these new challenges."

Aurora's Corporate Affairs department encompasses communications, public relations, government affairs, philanthropy, social responsibility, parish nursing, school-based health program and Aurora Family Service.
