West Bend-area residents requiring treatment in the fields of endocrinology and rheumatology/immunology will not have to travel far as Aurora Advanced specialists Drs. Rajeev Jain and Anil Warrier recently began seeing patients one day a week at Aurora Health Center.

“We’re continually looking for ways to better meet the needs of residents so they can access more care closer to their home,” said Mark Gridley, Aurora Health Center in West Bend Administrator. “Offering specialized expert care in areas like endocrinology, rheumatology and immunology right in the West Bend area is another example of how, working together, Aurora and Advanced Healthcare are bringing their patients new services at a high level of care and convenience.”

Dr. Rajeev Jain is an endocrinology physician who is a strong believer in open communication between patients and physicians. Board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology, metabolism and diabetes, he specializes in treating hormonal disorders like diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis and high cholesterol. His special interest is in on-going research in diabetes management and treatment.

Dr. Anil Warrier is a rheumatology/immunology physician who encourages his patients to take an active role in educating themselves and be an equal partner in making health care decisions. Board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology, he is also certified by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry for osteoporosis evaluation and treatment. He sees patients with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, lupus and other autoimmune diseases.
