Career Explorers Orientation Meeting Set for Oct. 13 at Aurora Medical CenterThursday, October 09, 2008
Two Rivers, Wis. - Aurora Medical Center and Learning for Life, a national career education program, are teaming up to offer a Career Explorers program this fall for high school students interested in learning about careers in health care.
An orientation meeting is scheduled from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 13 at Aurora Medical Center, 5000 Memorial Drive, in Two Rivers.
At orientation, students will learn about the program, which will consist of five meetings in the coming months. Each monthly meeting will provide hands-on activities concentrating on different areas of health care. The program is open to any high school students in Manitowoc County who wish to learn about health care careers.
