Aurora Health Care FUTURES Golf Tournament coming in MayMonday, March 03, 2003MILWAUKEE, Wis., The 2003 edition of the Aurora Health Care FUTURES golf tournament has been set for May 30 through June 1, 2003 at the Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex.
The Aurora Health Care-sponsored tournament is part of the official developmental tour of the Ladies Professional Golf Association. Participating golfers will have the opportunity to compete for a $70,000 purse.
Passes to the Aurora Health Care FUTURES tournament are $5 for one day or $10 for three days. They may be purchased at the gate, or in advance at Ironwood Golf Course.
The FUTURES Charity Golf Classic is known to golfers as “the Road to the LPGA.” It is the largest international developmental tour and second largest women’s golf tour in the world. There are more than 180 alumnae currently competing on the LPGA Tour.
Aurora Health Care and the FUTURES tour are committed to developing the skills and dreams of young women golfers and establishing role models for our youth. Proceeds from the event go to The Healing Center: A Safe Space for Sexual Abuse Survivors and the Aurora Sports Medicine Institute.
