Aurora Health Care program to support pastors and ministry professionalsMonday, August 09, 2010
Elkhorn, Wis. – Aurora Health Care’s Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) announces a congregational based CPE program that will begin in mid-October and continue through the end of April 2011. Meetings are scheduled to be held at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.
The program is designed to support pastors and other parish professionals in their ongoing ministries. The class will explore leadership amidst change, conflict management, spiritual leadership renewal and various family systems concepts.
Students from Aurora’s previous CPE programs have called them life changing, and a program that helps all pastors reflect upon where they are in their ministry and how to reach established goals.
Group meetings will be held on Thursdays with clinical work coming from the student’s professional setting. Tuition for the program is $750.00. Applications and additional information may be attained by contacting Sue Ott-Holland at Sue.Ott-Holland@aurora.org or 262-741-2046 or by visiting www.acpe.edu.
