Aurora Health Care to build clinic in DousmanMonday, January 12, 2004DOUSMAN, Wis., Aurora Health Care announced today that it will build a primary care clinic to serve the people of Dousman and surrounding communities. The clinic will be built at the corner of Highway 67 and Venture Drive, a short distance south of Highway 18. The clinic will total 4,085 square feet and accommodate up to two physicians. Initially, one physician will provide care at the clinic. “We serve many patients from the Dousman area,” said Scott Baker, administrator of Aurora’s Wilkinson Medical Clinic in Oconomowoc. “This new clinic will provide another option for care closer to home.” Construction will begin soon, and the clinic is expected to open in spring 2004. Aurora Health Care is a not-for-profit Wisconsin health care provider and a nationally recognized leader in efforts to improve the quality of health care.
