Aurora Names John Zorbini Chief Human Resources OfficerMonday, September 12, 2011
Milwaukee – Aurora Health Care has named John Zorbini its senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Zorbini joins Aurora from Froedtert Health, where he served as senior vice president of human resources.
Zorbini will be lead benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, organizational development and training, leadership development and talent management. He will be part of Aurora’s executive leadership team and report directly to Nick Turkal MD, Aurora’s president and chief executive officer.

During his 21-year tenure at Froedtert/Community Memorial Hospital, Zorbini introduced many initiatives, including employee wellness and work site health clinics, leadership development curriculum and organizational development and education services. John’s experience and skills in the recruitment and development of talented leaders will be a significant asset.
Throughout his career, Zorbini has been involved in the health care industry and community. He has served on a number of committees including Wisconsin Hospital Association Work Force Development Council, Health Care Advisory Board’s Human Resource Executive Center and Washington County Ethics Board.
