Why should you support Aurora Health Care?

One patient's story

Charitable gifts help reduce costs, provide access to care for those who cannot afford it and improve the quality of care for everyone.

Aurora Health Care began as a not-for-profit system in 1984, which means we reinvest all revenues after excess of expenses back into our mission. Every dollar is spent on improving health care.

But like most hospitals, patient and insurance revenues do not cover all the costs of the equipment and services we provide to better diagnose and treat illness. Philanthropic gifts make up the difference.
