Call us. To speak to a customer service
representative, please call the number printed on the billing statement
you received.
Clinic calls are answered from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday
and from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. Hospital calls are answered from
7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Customer service is
closed on Tuesdays from Noon to 1 p.m.). Our general telephone number for
