Financial aspects of your health care

Aurora Health Care works hard to develop patient-friendly systems for billing and tracking accounts. Our customer service representatives will do their best to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding your Aurora account. [ Pay your bill via the web ]

  • Send us a message. If your question is about a hospital bill, click here. If your question is about a physician bill, click here. We will respond as quickly as possible - usually within three business days.

  • Call us. To speak to a customer service representative, please call the number printed on the billing statement you received.

Clinic calls are answered from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. Hospital calls are answered from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. (Customer service is closed on Tuesdays from Noon to 1 p.m.). Our general telephone number for physician statements is 877-576-3544; our general telephone number for hospital statements is 800-958-6202.
