Heart Transplant Support Group

The Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center Transplant Program offers support groups for patients and their family members currently waiting for a transplant along with those who have already received a transplant.

Transplant Holiday Party is December 8, 2009 5:00 - 7:30 p.m in the Health Science Building 2901 W Kinnickinnic River Parkway in Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 take elevators to the basement.

The heart transplant support group meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month from 6:30 p.m. 8:30 p.m. Next Meeting is January 19, 2010.  Our guest TBD
