Liver, Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Support Group
The Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center Transplant Program offers support groups for patients and their family members currently waiting for a transplant along with those who have already received a transplant.
The liver, kidney and pancreas transplant support group meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
