Cholesterol Screening and Heart Disease Risk Assessment

- Option A: 15-minute appointment with a cardiac educator for cholesterol and blood pressure screenings with a brief review of results

- Option B: 45-minute appointment with a cardiac educator for cholesterol and blood pressure screenings, Women's Heart Risk Questionnaire, a discussion concerning your personal risks for coronary heart disease (CHD), and assistance with creating a plan to prevent, reduce, or modify your risk of CHD

- Fasting Cholesterol Test ($35) (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, glucose)
- Non-fasting Cholesterol Test ($30) (total cholesterol and HDL)
