The course fee of $432 for Non-Aurora physicians and industry ($216/day) and $200 ($100/day) for all other non-Aurora health providers covers the cost of tuition, materials, breaks, reception, and lunch. Note: Aurora physicians and others see separate fee schedule. All course fees contain a nonrefundable registration fee of $50.00. If registration is cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the symposium, all but the $50.00 of the course fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after that time. Also note: the brochure contains a fee for Friday 12/3 in the "others" category - it is $150 per day.

Need, Intended Audience, and Scope of Practice
This symposium is designed for electrophysiologists, electrophysiology fellows-in training, cardiologists and others interested in cardiac arrhythmias. It is our intent to present the latest results of basic and clinical research and information about ablation, imaging technologies and device therapies. The symposium will provide illustrated oral presentations, pre-recorded "live" cases by national and international experts, as well as discussion of latest guidelines. It is designed to help foment changes in practice relative to arrhythmia management.
Learning Objectives
Following the symposium, the participants will be able to:
• Describe and discuss the mechanisms of AF, VT, and VF
• Critically analyze current and future therapies, including ablation for AF, VT and VF
• Discuss the value of new technologies in arrhythmia management
