Fit For Two
This is a hands on program taught by a physical therapist to learn how to exercise properly during pregnancy. Proper stretching, strengthening, and cardiovascular exercises will be addressed. Education will also be presented on proper body mechanics for doing daily activities and chores.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in. Also please brin g apillow and mat if you have them.
Participants will need a signed release from their doctor to take the class. Please bring this signed form with you to class.
