DELETED EVENT: Nurse Executive Certification Review Course

This course is designed for Nurse Managers & Chief Nurse Executives who are preparing to take the American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse Executive (NE-BC) exam. This course will discuss managerial theories and its practical application.

Objectives:
At the end of this conference
1. Identify the theoretical & structural systems important for successful nursing operations.
2. Describe appropriate interventions for financial cost containment within today's health care market.
3. Recognize the key issues related to labor relations and how these interact with today's healthcare workplace ethics and creating a dynamic work environment.
