Moms on the Move
Prenatal / Postpartum Exercise Class
Recommended to begin at the 13th week of pregnancy and continue on through post partum. Moms on the Move classes focus on safe, low to medium impact exercise: including step and floor aerobics, posture, body mechanics, toning and stretching. Taught by licensed health care professionals, Moms on the Move creates a supportive environment where mothers and mothers-to-be can network with peers.

- Improve sleep
Classes are six week sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. They are in the Resilience Room in the Rejuvenation Suite at West Allis Womens Pavilion.
After you have successfully registered for the class, an information packet will be emailed to you. The packet contains a physician consent to participate that must be completed by the first class.
