Freeing Your Body Toward Greater Movement Through Feldenkrais and Tai Chi

Feldenkrais Movement and Tai Chi are two alternative forms of exercise to promote relief from pain and improve mobility. Learn how simple easy movements can help improve range of motion, improve posture, and help to make activities more comfortable. Participants will be led through a series of movements. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothes.
