The Karen Yontz Center Presents Freedom from Smoking - If you want to quit smoking and need the help of a support group, our American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking class is for you! This 7 week, 8-session series allows time to prepare you to quit and supports you during the quitting process. Our instructor, Michelle Rausch-Neary RN, is an American Lung Association trained facilitator who will support you throughout the quitting process.
Note session #3 and #4 will meet on Tuesday and Thursday of the same week.
