From the South: From I-43: Exit at the Hwy 23 East Sheboygan/Kohler exit (exit 126) and head East. Take Hwy 23 (Kohler Memorial Dr) East to N. 7th Street (Kohler Memorial Dr turns into Erie Ave). Take a left on N. 7th Street, heading North on N. 7th Street. Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center is approximately 1 mile on the right side of the road.
From the West: Continue on Hwy 23 East (becomes Kohler Memorial Drive at city limit and eventually turns into Erie Ave) to N. 7th Street. Take a left on N. 7th Street, heading north on N. 7th Street. Sheboygan Memorial Medical Center is approximately 1 mile on the right side of the street.
