AED CPR S.A.N.E. NursingS.A.N.E is a dedicated group of nurses on call 24 hours a day, located primarily in the southern part of Wisconsin. Click here for more information. Life LineLife Line is a unique personal emergency response system that allows people to live at home independently while maintaining an immediate emergency link to Aurora Medical Center at the push of a button. Lifeline operates in conjunction with home telephone service and is available as a 24-hour service. Installation of Lifeline does not affect the normal operations of the telephone. As part of a national nonprofit injury prevention organization, the emergency nurses who work daily with crash victims focus on ways to reduce preventable injuries and deaths by educating the public about health lifestyles. EMSystemsAMC Hartford has been accessing EMSystems, an Internet-based resource management communication tool since August of 2003. EMSystems has enhanced our ability to communicate during disasters and allows us to inter-relate with our community on a broad-spectrum basis. The "TAKE" Care ProgramThoughtful Adults Keep Enlightened (TAKE) Care Program addresses the safety-related needs of seniors over the age of 55. Medication interactions, alcohol use and abuse and doctor/patient relationships are explored and highway safety issues are addressed. Child passenger safety seat inspections & installationsThis service is offered by appointment through the Emergency Department by calling 262-670-7201. Jane Bamke, RN, and Karyn McComy, RN, have been certified as Child Passenger Safety Technicians. Appointments are scheduled by Jane and or Karyn are also available for Care Seat clinics and additional in-services in the community.
