Aurora Psychiatric Hospital celebrates 125 year anniversary

125 Years

Aurora Psychiatric Hospital will celebrate its 125th anniversary with a fund-raiser from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. Featured speaker will be DeWitt Jones, an Academy Award-nominated film director and former National Geographic freelance photographer. Cost is $125 per person. View fund raiser brochure.

Celebrating 125 Years in the Art of Healing: Professional Education Conference

Aurora Psychiatric Hospital is pleased to sponsor an educational conference on Oct. 16 at the Pfister Hotel. The conference will feature keynote presentations by national experts Donald Meichenbaum, PhD and Carlo DiClemente, PhD as well as breakout sessions with local experts including Lance Longo, MD, Michael Bohn, MD and Ashok Bedi, MD.

Join us for an open house & art preview

Join us for an open house and art preview on September 20 and 21 at the Aurora Psychiatric Hospital Norris Auditorium:

  • Sunday, September 20 from noon - 3 p.m.
  • Monday, September 21 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

This event will feature a lecture by Lance Longo, MD and a review of the hospital history by Pete Carlson, Pete Carlson, Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer Aurora Behavioral Health Services/Aurora Psychiatric Hospital.
