What services are included?

  • General healthy eating, tailored for children, teens, pregnant women, adults, women and seniors
  • Weight management
  • Diabetes
  • Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
  • Cardiac diets (low cholesterol, low fat)
  • Sodium restrictions
  • Eating disorders
  • Gastrointestinal diets (high fiber, low residue)
  • Allergy diets
  • Bariatric nutrition

Talk to your physician about referring you to see a registered dietitian.

What is the cost

Cost varies depending upon the type of services provided. Call 920-907-7000 for details.

Taxpayers are able to deduct the costs of weight loss programs as a medical expense if it is recommended by a doctor to treat a specific disease.

Some insurance companies may reimburse for nutrition counseling. It is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate referral from a primary care physician prior to your appointment. Your insurance will be billed, and you will be responsible for the balance of payment.
