Making an appointment

The Pain Management Center accepts many private health plans, workers' compensation, Medicare, Medicaid and some HMOs. A referral coordinator is available to assist with insurance coverage issues. Patients can be referred to the Pain Management Center by a physician or by self-referral (if you already have a primary care physician).
