Our services

Walker's Point Community Clinic proudly offers the following services to uninsured patients:

  • General health checkups
  • Minor injury care
  • School/athletic physicals
  • Lab work (blood work, TB skin tests, EKGs and more)
  • Diabetes education (group classes, diet teaching, glucometer use)
  • Cardiology consults
  • Ear, nose and throat (ENT) consults
  • Spiritual counseling
  • Flu shots
  • Children's immunizations/vaccines
  • Walk-in blood pressure and blood sugar checks
  • Psychological counseling
  • Ophthalmology
  • Optometry for children
  • Physical therapy
  • Help with Patient Assistance Programs (PAP)
  • Social services
  • 12 to 20 Health Center (Milwaukee Adolescent Health Program)
  • Information and/or referrals to
      - General Assistance Medical Program (GAMP)
      - Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin (PPW)
      - AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW)
