No-Show Policy

You will receive a warning letter after 2 no-shows. After 3 no-shows you will be terminated from care.

Co-Payments

Collected at the time of the appointment. If you do not have your co-payment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment (does not apply to urgent care appointments).
