Aqua Kickbox
Take a kickbox class and move it into the water! Use the
water as added resistance for each punch and kick without
the impact of a traditional land-based class. Great Cardio
class for you!
Aqua Stretch Do your body a favor... use breathing, balance and
stretching to awaken each muscle in your body, improving
your circulation, flexibility and range of motion.
Basic Strength
We’re lifting weights old school style! Nothing fancy here,
just safe, easy to follow exercises combined for an effective
total body strength workout.
BODYPUMP
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.
This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle
groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats,
presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors
and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results
you came for.
Cardio Blast
This strictly cardio class promises a heart-pumping workout.
Perform numerous cardio activities while using a variety of
fitness equipment. Try express cardio blast for a 30-minute
workout.
FAST
Functional Agility Sports Training is a circuit class using
individual cardio and strength stations. Work at your own
pace and intensity level to achieve your fitness goals.
Gentle Joints
Benefits those with fibromyalgia, arthritis, back discomfort,
injury recovery or anyone wanting a gentle aquatic
workout. Class focuses on improving flexibility and range
of motion while stabilizing the joints and promoting
relaxation.
Hard CORE
A strong core is essential to a healthy body. This 30-minute
class is designed to improve functional strength for
everyday activities.
Hydro Interval
This cardio and strength workout is easy on the joints yet totally
exhilarating for all fitness levels. Use a selection of aquatic equipment in
shallow and deep water to strengthen your body and heart.
Moving Free
A gentle aquatic workout designed to improve strength
and flexibility while providing moderate cardiovascular
conditioning.
Ocean Motion
This no impact, deep-water class challenges your cardiovascular strength
through the use of buoyancy and resistance equipment.
Power Step
Combines challenging choreography with moderate to
high intensity power moves to give you a cardiovascular
conditioning class like no other. Knowledge of step basics
is a must; Dornella’s choreography is geared toward the
intermediate to advanced stepper.
Quad Step
Quad step provides a moderate to high intensity
cardiovascular workout through the use of four step
platforms. Finish your week with Jeanne’s intense workout.
Rip Tide
This high intensity, cross-training water class utilizes shallow
and deep water. The use of aqua-belts and resistance
equipment enhance your workout for maximum benefit.
Rock’n Aqua Run A combination of fast-paced,
high-energy aquatic running intervals mixed with familiar water
exercises. This class will allow you to engage all major muscle
groups for a total body workout.
Sculpt
Did you know that muscle mass is the driving force behind
your metabolism? Maximize your muscle with this total
body weight training class. We will tone you from head to
toe using challenging compound exercises and time-tested
favorites.
Spin and Express Spin
A high intensity cardiovascular workout performed to music on a stationary
bike. An instructor leads the class through a variety of drills that
simulate different terrain. Express Spin 30-minutes.
Step
This is a moderate to high intensity, cardiovascular
conditioning class that uses a step platform to perform
aerobic movements. Control your intensity by adjusting
the step height or by adding optional propulsion or power
movements.
Total Body Interval
This class has it all: strength training, cardiovascular
conditioning and flexibility. Interval training yields optimal
cardiovascular and strength benefits while efficiently
working you from head to toe.
Zumba Zumba combines energetic and motivating Latin music and
dance moves to create a dynamic and fun workout. Don’t
miss this up beat and energizing class!

in length, unless otherwise stated.
- Clean, non-black soles shoes are
expected in Group Exercise classes.
