Aurora Wellness Center
offers a new concept in health clubs. It is a medically-oriented center, affiliated with Memorial Hospital of Burlington.
You'll have access to a whole team of health professionals, not to mention

We're committed to offering high quality prevention and rehabilitation services.
In addition to our focus on improved fitness and overall well-being, our
center provides outpatient rehabilitation services, health education
classes and programs for local students.
Aurora Wellness Center Facility Hours
Monday - Friday 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

treadmills, stair climbers, cross-conditioning units and computerized
bikes
- Strength training equipment:
selectorized machine, free weights, and free motion
- Cushioned indoor walking/jogging

volleyball courts
- 75-foot, 8-lane pool: lap
swimming, aquatic fitness classes
- 18' x 30' warm water therapy

12-15 people
- Men's and woman's sauna for
members
- Massage service, towel
service, soap and shampoo
- Member and student locker rooms
 Childcare
Childcare is available for
members and their guests from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and 8 a.m. to
noon on Saturday. Supervision is provided for children ages 6 months to
11 years (limit of 2 hours per visit). Parents
must remain on the premises while their children are under our care.
Family fitness times also provide children with free access to selected
areas of the Wellness Center.

Education classes
Aurora's department of community
education offers a number of health-related classes and seminars
throughout the year at the Wellness Center. Topics include healthy
lifestyles, good nutrition, parenting, woman's health, senior health,
first aid, CPR, baby-sitting, etc. Most of these classes and seminars are
free, but some require a nominal fee. If you'd like more information,

 Rehabilitation services
Medical professional from Aurora
Rehabilitation Services are available to work with you in a separate area
within our center. Physical therapists, certified athletic trainers and
occupational therapists are available to treat or prevent a variety of
work or sports-related injuries. They even offer pediatric rehabilitation
and speech therapy services at the center. our experts work closely with
you referring physician to make sure you receive the best possible
therapeutic care and that you achieve your rehabilitation goals.
Membership
Your monthly membership fee
entitles you to unlimited use of the facility. Member dues are collected
through electronic funds transfer or annual membership may be paid in
full. There are no long-term binding contracts and membership may be
canceled with 30-days written notice. Membership

All memberships include a
fitness profile and a complete orientation to the facility and equipment.
Additional health and fitness information can be obtained from our fitness
staff at any time.
