Methods of payment options - Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) monthly, major credit card debit monthly, or annual payment in advance.

Enrollment fees are paid once based on continuous regular membership. If you cancel your membership at any time, and decide to rejoin at a later date, you may be subject to another enrollment fee.
