As a board certified transplant surgeon, Ajay K. Sahajpal, MD, specializes in liver, kidney and pancreas transplant. He also has extensive experience in treating cancers of the liver and bile ducts like hepatobiliary cancer, metastatic neuroendovascular cancers, cholangiocarcinoma and hepatocellular carcinoma. Surgeries for these types of cancer require advanced training and expertise along with an excellent surgical team and the support of a major medical center.

Dr. Sahajpal's fellowship training provides him the experience to surgically treat patients with these types of cancer, who may have limited treatment options available to them.
