Biography
Arthur Rein, MD, first became interested in medicine as a way of helping people improve and prolong their lives. As a board certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Rein believes that interaction with his patients helps to educate them with their health.

After receiving his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, he completed his residency at the Gunderson Clinic/Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

As a fellow of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Rein is a particularly interested in treating emphysema, asthma, diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension and heart disease. He also volunteers with the Physicians Care Network.

Dr. Rein was instrumental in establishing the insulin pump program in Burlington.  The service is now available to diabetics at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha and Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.
