Dr. Kalenak strives to provide his patients with the highest quality glaucoma diagnosis and treatment. He uses the most advanced equipment available while working to educate patients as much as possible about their condition.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan and then served his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is also fellowship trained in glaucoma surgery and is board certified in ophthalmology.
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dr. Kalenak is comfortable living among the friendly, hardworking people of Milwaukee. He is active in Prevent Blindness Wisconsin and belongs to various organizations such as the Milwaukee Ophthalmological Society, the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society.
He specializes in anterior segment disease as well as glaucoma. Dr. Kalenak also performs laser cyclophotocoagulation, along with Ahmed and Baerveldt implants for glaucoma.
