Dr. Carroll earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed both his internship and residency at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Seattle. He is board certified in emergency medicine.

He offers a broad spectrum of medical care because he has an interest in all aspects of family medicine, including a special interest in geriatrics.
