Francie L. Stone, LPC

Francie Stone, LPC, PsyD, outpatient therapist, treats general psychological disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Dr. Stone works with children and adolescents/teens, and with issues such as trauma/abuse, self-harming behavior, infertility and sexual health/dysfunction. She also is certified as a sex therapist by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, and works in the Center for Sexual Health and Wellness at Aurora Women’s Pavilion of Aurora West Allis Medical Center.

Dr. Stone uses a therapeutic model that stresses a collaborative relationship with patients, families and couples, incorporating communication with the family, school, referring physician or psychiatrist as appropriate.

Dr. Stone is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists, and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. Dr. Stone also serves as an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry and behavioral medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin and as an adjunct professor at Marquette University in Milwaukee.
