Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh is accredited by the American College of Surgeons’ National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, the first nationally accredited breast care center in the Fox Valley. Aurora Medical Center has also earned certification by The Joint Commission for its stroke program. It is the first center in the Fox Valley to earn this accreditation.

Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh has been granted the designation of Accredited Chest Pain Center by the Society of Chest Pain Centers, and was the 13th hospital in the state to earn this designation.

Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic: We offer education, prevention, diagnosis, a full range of radiation oncology services and support through our experienced clinical staff. We feature aseparate entrance with adjacent parking for patient convenience and ease.

Cardiac Services: With cardiologists available 24/7 and an on-site cath lab, our physicians and specialty staff provide complete cardiac services for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care locally. We also offer further education and support classes for your continued well-being.

Apheresis Services: At Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, we provide apheresis services, which involves removing whole blood from a patient or donor, separation and collection of a component, such as plasma, granulocytes or red cells, and returning the remainder to the patient or donor. We offer plasma exchange and platelet and white cell reduction 24/7 for patient convenience.

Diagnostic Services: We offer the latest all-digital technology for diagnosing disease and injury with all services located in one convenient area. Digital mammography offers clearer images and more accurate diagnosis for breast health. It also takes less time to generate digital images than conventional film mammography and the images are easily shared among health care providers.

Emergency Care: You’ll find our Emergency Department on the southeast side of the hospital on the first floor. Here, you’ll experience 24/7comprehensive emergency care in a warm, caring environment. Our ED staff is board-certified, residency-trained emergency medicine physicians dedicated to delivering comprehensive, personal care. We also feature a ground-level heliport for immediate transports to Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee or to other area trauma centers.

Neurological Care: Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh is pleased to offer you the latest surgical and non-surgical treatments for your neck, back and spinal disorders through a partnership with NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin, an integrated spine care clinic.

Plasma Exchange: This process removes antibodies from the blood that cause certain hematology, nephrology and oncology illnesses. Also known as plasmapheresis, the procedure is effective in the treatment of various disorders, including those of the immune system, such as myasthenia gravis, lupus, Guillian-Barre syndrome and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Women’s Health Care: We present women with a world of health services through all the stages of life. We offer private birthing suites for labor, delivery, recovery and post partum with in-room whirlpools. Also our special-care nursery and infant security system offer peace of mind. For later stages, we offer osteoporosis services, gynecological cancer screenings, general and vascular surgery, midlife "well women" services—plus a variety of educational classes and programs, including cardiac awareness and prevention.
