For more than 85 years, the staff at Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington has remained committed to providing high-quality health care in a patient-focused environment. Opened in 1924 as a 22-bed hospital staffed by 14 people, today the hospital is a fully accredited, general acute care hospital offering 24-hour care and extensive diagnostic and surgical services. Now staffed by over 500 employees and 100 physicians whose purpose remains constant: to provide Burlington and surrounding communities with the best health care possible.

Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington offers emergency services, cardiac services, diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, intensive care unit, stereotactic breast biopsy, GI services, orthopedics, urology services, hospitalist program, Aurora Wellness/Fitness Center, wound care, ACE (Acute Care for the Elderly) and a women's care center.

Cardiac Services: Our Aurora St. Luke's Cardiac Care center offers an array of services including stress echo, stress testing, catheterization and electrophysiology, all with seamless connections to Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center—just 30 minutes away—for advanced procedures.

Vascular Center: Our strong team of interventional radiologists treats peripheral vascular diseases, performs stent graphs, treats abdominal aortic aneurysms, and performs carotid stenting in partnership with our team of vascular surgeons.

Orthopedic Services: Quality orthopedic surgeons specialize in general orthopedics, sports medicine issues, spine surgery and total joint (hip and knee) replacement.

Obstetric Services and Women's Health Care:  As a hospital of choice for new parents, we have an experienced team of OB/GYN physicians and nurses who provide quality care. We also offer women's health experts to address other issues like digital mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy and incontinence. In 2009, Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington was first accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, one of the first centers nationwide to receive the designation.
